Moto Signa and Media is an educational media and learning tool manufacturing company located in Portland Oregon. MSAM hires teachers, graphic designers and professors from top universities to create lessons and games for children and adults (preschool thru college).
Our goal at MSAM is to Make Learning Fun for all ages. We guarantee that all our learning tools and products have passed rigorous quality testing and have met the highest safety standard in the toy industry and have received the USA Gold Standard Certification, ASTM F963.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
Our Return Policy
For 30 days after purchase, we will gladly take back items that are new and unused.
Items and packaging must be in perfect condition, and suitable to be sold to another customer. All tags must be attached, packages may not be creased, and items must be clean with no sign of wear. With receipt or proof of purchase returns can be refunded to the original purchaser for the receipt value. Without receipt returns are for exchange or store credit only. Customer Return Forms must be filled out to process returns and exchanges. Clearance items and gift-with-purchase items may not be returned or exchanged.
Retail Store Returns
Please bring your item to be returned directly to the checkout counter where you purchased your product. Only un-opened items may be accepted AND must adhere to the retail outlet’s own return policies as well.

Refunds
With receipt, refunds are available to customers who return
unopened items within 30 days of purchase. The value of the refund is determined by amount recorded on your receipt. We only take Credit / Debit Card for online purchases – The refund will be applied to purchaser’s card of choice.
Card must be present to process refund and proof of identity is required.
Exchange or Credit
Without a receipt or with a gift receipt, we offer exchanges only. The value of the return will be determined by the current price listed in our computer at the time of the return. Clearance and Gift-with-Purchase items may not be exchanged or returned.
If an item is no longer in our inventory line, we cannot take it back. All items remain defined in our inventory for 30 days after the date when the last of the item was sold.
Defective Items
All HandMoto items are guaranteed to be in perfect working condition when new. If an item is defective, or does not work as advertised, we will take it back for 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Replacement Parts:
In some cases, we can replace parts such. Please email
info@handmoto.com and write in the subject line: DEFECTIVE PARTS DEPT if such an event occurs.
1 Year Warranties
HandMoto boards are durable but they are damageable in rare circumstances. Moto Sign and Media Corporation will look at requests regarding defects on a case by case bases. Pens dry out if not capped properly and images on inserts (print) can be damaged under abnormal circumstance. The board itself is guaranteed not to deteriorate for 1 year. Boards may be scratched if contacted with any other hard surface, hard marker, hard pen, etc., and are not covered for scratches. Scratched boards still work fine to protect the inserts.
